An Evening at the Academy Awards

Sedona's version of the Academy Awards musters as much Hollywood glitz and glamour as can be expected for an Arizona town known for its natural beauty. Held at the Hilton Sedona in benefit of the Sedona Arts Festival held every October, attendees can have a gourmet dinner and watch the Academy Awards on two large screens. Includes a silent auction and a "Guess the Winner" game with prizes.

Nearly a decade old, this annual Sedona festival benefits this Old Town Mission with a bike tour through some of the country's best scenery. An eye-opening morning for amateurs and professionals alike, riders pass red rocks, historical sites and river crossings on the two routes: a 42-mile "Short Circuit" or a 76-mile "Full Ride."

Red Rocks Music Festival

Celebrating Mexican Independence Day and held at the picturesque Tlaquepaque Arts and Crafts Village, a fountain-studded and cottonwood-shaded shopping area recreated to look like an authentic Mexican village, this annual party features music, dancing, food and a festive atmosphere.

The Sedona Ecofest is an annual event that happens in Northern Arizona the third Saturday of every September in order to foster environmental awareness. The Ecofest features performers and celebrity speakers promoting ecological responsibility. Other activities include banquets, an Eco-Walk/Run, an animal observation area and the Eco-Exhibition Village, a congregation of booths and vendors teaching about such issues as about energy conservation, sustainable development, political activism and endangered species. The Ecofest takes place at Sedona Cultural Park, a nature preserve hiking distance from the Coconino National Forest and Red Rock-Secret Mountain Wilderness. Sedona_s Ecofest provides a good time with a cause.
Sedona Jazz on the Rocks

Plein-Air Festival
